In a spectacularly unexpected turn of events I arrived at the INCORRECT Holiday Inn London and then decided to WALK to the next one, which took so long I forgot what time was. On the plus side, I traveled first class this morning and got a complementary fried breakfast! Thank YOU, Virgin!
My delegates will arrive in the early hours tomorrow, and the only disaster so far is that my phone has started developing a bizarrre quirk where the screen goes black when I press 't' or 'y', 'YYYYYYY'!!??? being an appropriate letter. Now i'm watching Brat Camp to inspire me that greatness can sometimes only be attained through adversity.
